Oh, let it be, let it be! I have much other things to do. Let it be.
But this is also an extension of my existence and I have to keep it updated. There was a time when I could not sleep without recording my daily thoughts in my diary. Now, I hardly have the urge to update my blog and I sleep really well. I have changed.
So where was I? Yes, February to June, lots of things happened (it had to); had many visitations by very very important people in my life; a couple of my friends got married, Bunty and Boney; went home on an official trip; celebrated my birthday, although I really hate the idea of celebrating any birthdays; got a device I love to bits and now am looking forward to my parents' visit.
*Conditions apply - love this itsy-bitsy blink-and-miss word that we see so often in advertisements. Everything in this world comes with it. Nothing is ever perfect, if there is ever a thing that is perfect! You name me anything that you believe is perfect and I will tell you its "*". Will write a book on it one fine day.
Bunty, "Irabanta Chingakham" got married to his sweetheart in Guwahati and have since gone back to Chandigarh where he is a software engineer; Boney, "Oscar Laipubam" also got married to his lady love and is settled in Imphal where he finds it nice. Boney is and has always been a rebel, was also the "King" of the erstwhile "Public School" Koirengei, and now is all mature and settled. Bung is next in the line of fire!
"You are old, father William," the young man said,
"And your hair has become very white;
And yet you incessantly stand on your head
Do you think, at your age, it is right?"
"In my youth," father William replied to his son,
"I feared it might injure the brain;
But, now that I'm perfectly sure I have none,
Why, I do it again and again."
